J\u2019ai entrain\u00e9 \u00e0 Herstal pendant trois ans et c\u2019est ma premi\u00e8re saison au RFCL.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Combien de joueurs avez-vous dans votre effectif ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai un noyau de 8 joueurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Combien d\u2019entrainement donnez-vous par semaine \u00e0 vos joueurs ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je les entraine trois fois par semaine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelle philosophie avez-vous avec vos joueurs ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u2019essaie d\u2019\u00eatre coop\u00e9ratif avec eux. Je les guide mais je leur laisse la libert\u00e9 de jouer afin qu\u2019ils se corrigent eux m\u00eame<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quel est votre objectif avec eux ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019ils aient progress\u00e9 en fin de saison.
